Registration Procedure

For e-Auction Registration Customers may kindly comply with the following.

Steps to Register:

Step 1: Open Browser enter URL http://a2zprocure.com/ >> Click on A2Z Procure >> Click on e-Auction

Open browser enter URL http://auction.a2zprocure.com/loginform.do# >> Click on New Registration

Step 2: Click on "I Agree" Page redirect to Buyer Registration Form. If Buyer clicked on "I Disagree" Page redirect to Home Page

Step 3: Buyer Filling all mandatory field clicked on Next

Step 4: If you have Pollution Control Board Certificates for items select or other clicked on Save and Preview.

Step 5: Verify all the details submit the Final Form.

Step 6: Login with Valid User id & Password Pay Registration Fee

Step 7: Sent all scan copy of Document to Support Mail for activation

Indian Bidders Document List

In order to participate in our on-line E-auctions, you are requested to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs.1,725/-(Rupees One Thousand Seventy Five only including service tax @ 15 %) in form of Online Payment Through PG in favor of A2z Procure.

Registration fee submitted online e-Payment Gateway after login.

Along with the payment as above you are also advised to furnish the following scan copy of documents mandatorily to make your account operative

  • Income Tax PAN. In case of a registered Company or Firm, the Firm's PAN card and in case of a proprietership firm, proprieter's personal PAN card is required.
  • Photocopy of Latest Income Tax Return.
  • Photocopies of Sales Tax Registration Certificates (State & Central). In case of registration in individual name, in lieu of Sales Tax/VAT certificate, Voter ID Card/Passport or any I-Card issued by central or State Govt. will have to be submitted in original and photocopy(original will be returned after verification).
  • Signature of the Proprietor / Partner / Director/ Individual verified by Bank ( If Proprietorship / Partnership Firm / Company) on Bank's Letter-head. If such verification is done on Customer's Letter-head, then the full Address of the Branch of the Bank must be mentioned.
  • Not arized Photocopies of Valid Registration Certificates from Central and State Pollution Control Boards for Hazardous Waste items (If applicable) - It may be noted that on receipt of the said Certificates, A2Z Procure will record the Validity Period of the Customer's CPCB certificate in the buyer registration Form on the website and only thereafter the registered customers will be allowed access into the Running-auction floor for bidding for Hazardous Waste items subject to their CPCB certificate being valid on the starting date of e-Auction. However this will be governed by the special Terms & Conditions of the particular e-Auction and it will always be the Customer's responsibility to ensure that both his SPCB & CPCB certificates are kept valid or duly revalidated within the prescribed time for the purpose of participating in the e-Auction in accordance with the stipulated special Terms & Conditions if the particular e-auction.
  • Copy of partnership deed to be submitted for partnership firms.
  • Copy of Memorandum of Association (MoA) & Article of Association (AoA) for Limited Company are to be submitted.
Once the Customer successfully completes all the Online and Offline registration formalities, his Password will be activated by A2Z Procure.
For Hazardous Waste (HW) Items, Customer's Password will be activated for the specific HW Item subject to submission of Valid SPCB and CPCB Certificates by him to Az2Procure within the prescribed time as per the Special Terms & Conditions of the particular e-Auction.
After activation of Customer's Password, he will start Participating in e-Auction.
Customers must ensure to keep their e-mail Address valid at all times since all correspondence will be primarily made with the Customers through his registered e-mail Address (or as per the Special Terms & Conditions of a particular e-Auction).
Bidders must be extremely careful in making their bids on the Running e-Auction floor. Bids in Decimals are not acceptable by the system. After typing any Bid, but before submitting the Bid into the Running e-Auction floor, Bidders must check the same. Bidders will be fully liable and responsible for the bids submitted by them, including any errors made by them, if any, and no complaint / representation in this regard will be entertained by A2Z Procure/ Principal.
It will be the bidder's responsibility to personally see the result of e-Auction by seeing and downloading the “Auction Lot Status” from the Website immediately after Closing of e-Auction which will be displayed up to 7 (Seven) days from the date of Closing of e-Auction (excluding the date of closing of e-Auction). The “Auction Lot Status” will show whether any Lot has been won by the Bidder on Confirmed or STA (Subject to Approval) Basis. Although Sale Intimation Letter will be issued by email to such highest successful Bidder after the closing of e-Auction, it must be clearly noted by the bidders that the date of payment of EMD / Security Deposit will be counted from the date of closing of e-Auction irrespective of the date of issue of the Sale Intimation Letter.
Sale will be governed by the Special Terms and Conditions (STC) displayed on the "Running" e-Auction floor only and Bidders may download a copy of the same for their records.

Foreign Bidders Document List

The interested Foreign Firm has to register as Buyer online in our web site i.e. auction.a2zprocure.com
Letter of introduction from your local Chamber of Commerce (where your business is situated) to be forwarded to A2Z Procure through Indian Consulate/Embassy of your country. Buyer registration made from country where Chamber of commerce does not exist, Such buyers has to submit "Copy of Registration certificate of Company issued from state Administration from Industries and Commerce of the Republic of China along with English translated copy"
Details of your Bank Account and confirmation thereof by the Bank along with attested signature of your contact person or The Original copy of Certificate of Account Balance and Settlement of Records from Bank.
Copy of Personal ID proof of the contact person.
On receipt of confirmation from the bank and on compliance of above, the buyer will be activated as an e-auction buyer.
